The first time I tried to bake my husband a birthday cake, I accidentally baked banana bread instead of banana flavored white cake... plus spent $98 somehow and had the fire department as guests. We've come a long way!

I love baking cakes, especially layer cakes, for all occasions. While carrot cake is usually a winner, Hummingbird Cake is always a winner!
